Terms of Service (T.O.S.)

Breaking any of my T.O.S will result in you being blacklisted.- Do not bid on an auction unless you are able to pay- Prices are always in USD- I will only do transactions through Paypal- Payment plans are available for orders of over $200 and can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.- Work on a commission will not start until I have received the payment in full.- If you wish to cancel your order, refunds of up to half of the initial payment are available. How much is returned depends on the progress of the commission. If I am unable to finish a commission due to circumstance, I will return up to the full amount back depending on the project progress.- I do not give deadlines. I will keep you up to date on the progress of your commission, but if you want it done by a certain time, I will issue you a rush fee of 20% of your total commission.- If you wish to edit the final product of a commission, I may fee you depending on the size of the edit
- I have the right to refuse any commission I am offered for any reason.- I can use and share any commission I create for others as examples of my work, as well as watermarks and credit cannot be removed by the buyer. The buyer may use my art for personal use or for branded use and cannot claim to have created it themselves. The buyer still has full ownership of character design.- No using any of my art in compilations or edits.- No using my art as a base or tracing in any way.

I want to get a YCH slot, how do I get one?
When I'm open for commissions, my commission Google Form will open up for submissions! All you need to do is pick which YCH you want done, select your modifications and what you would like to add to the base YCH, and submit! I'll then reach out to you on Discord to confirm I've received your submission and then we'd go from there.When will my commission be completed?
I will do my best to give you updates through Discord, but if you're curious about your commission's progress or when it will be started, here's my Trello!What do you use to animate?
